Diabetes Disease

What is Diabetes?

A person is said to suffer from diabetes if the glucose in blood don't move into the cells and is retained in the blood. " Glucose, that is present in blood is produced by liver with the help of the food we eat. " The level of glucose in the body is regulated by insulin. Insulin is produced by pancreas. It is the insulin that helps absorption of blood into liver, muscle and the other areas required. If the level of insulin Is not satisfactory in the body, then blood glucose is moved into the areas where its required. The presence of unabsorbed blood sugar results in the harmful exposure of high glucose level to other organs of the body..

These are the types of Diabetes:

Type 1 Diabetes:-

This happens when the body doesn't produce or produces very little insulin levels to help regulate the blood sugar level.

Type 2 Diabetes:-

This happens when the body is partially or completely unable to use the insulin secreted by the pancreas. This is also termed as insulin resistance due to which the body tries to overcome glucose deficiency by secreting more and more insulin.
