Obesity is defined as an abnormal growth of body fat. Obesity can be determined on the basis of body mass index . If an individuals weight is 20% more than the normal weight . obesity can also be caused due to other causes such as hormonal imbalance abnormal muscle development, fluid retention. Etc.
